Globe IT@SEA
Ship owners and operators have come to rely on specialized software applications and computer systems as a crucial aspect of their business. However, the maintenance costs of manpower, travel, shipping, and replacement equipment have proven to be a burden.
Customers can now take advantage of Globe's worldwide network of IT technicians to support these systems, while improving responsiveness and reducing costs. Customers simply register which computer systems they wish to cover under IT@Sea, and we do the rest! Technical problems will be solved quickly and efficiently either remotely while the vessel is at sea, or in port by one of our trained IT professionals.
